These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FamilyIQ, operated by Babbitt & Babbitt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use FamilyIQ. By using the service you confirm you have the authority to provide any household or family information you submit.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

FamilyIQ is provided on a subscription basis with an introductory free trial. Pricing, billing cycles and cancellation rights are described at sign-up. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise.

FamilyIQ uses AI to interpret content you provide and to generate events, reminders, summaries and suggestions. AI output may contain errors or omissions. You should review important information before relying on it, particularly for medical, legal, financial or safety-related matters.

You agree not to:

• Use FamilyIQ to break the law or infringe anyone's rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
• Submit content about people without the necessary authority
• Reverse engineer, scrape or resell the service

FamilyIQ, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Babbitt & Babbitt Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

We work hard to keep FamilyIQ reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or events outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, FamilyIQ is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a risk to other users or the service. On termination, your access ends and your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
